Your First Visit

This is a requirement for all new patients! As a new patient, your very first visit is a complimentary virtual consultation! To make your consultation appointment, click our “Book Now” button and create an account once you find a time that fits in your schedule! The consult will take 15 minutes. You will need to have your online intake forms filled out before your consultation. If these are not completed in time, you will forfeit the appointment and will be put on a waitlist.

By completing a virtual consultation, we’re able to make sure we’re on the same page before you come into the office and it saves you time so we can focus on your healing in the office! We will make your first in office appointment on this call.

Your first in office appointment will include your exam, neurologic scans, and your first adjustment! Check out “Our Office” tab to learn more about this process! Your first in office appointment will take about 30 minutes. Future adjustments will take about 15 minutes.

After your first appointment, Dr. Emylee will create a video all about you including everything that we found, an overview of your scans, and everything we can expect moving forward! Each patient received individualized care plans for their healing journey!

How soon can I expect to have my first appointment after my virtual consultation? Our waitlist is typically 3-4 weeks, but we will do our best to see you as soon as possible!

Are you in network with insurance? We are only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO plans only). We are considered out of network with all other insurances. We can send you a Superbill so you can submit to your insurance if we are out of network!

Do you accept HSA/FSA? Yes! We accept all credit cards including health savings accounts. We also accept cash or check.

Who else works in the office? Dr. Emylee is a solo practitioner with no staff! This means it may take a little time to get in contact with her, particularly during patient hours. The best way to contact her is by texting our office number. Even with all the hats she wears around the office, she will prioritize responding to you!

Do you see adults, too? Yes! We see all ages! From minutes old babies to grandparents!

What if I don’t see a spot on your schedule that works for me to make my appointment? Text us! We will do our best to accommodate! We feel so blessed to care for a full schedule of patients and we also value your time. Sometimes there are times that do not show in our online schedule that Dr. Emylee is available, so let us know you’re wanting to come in so we can see you!

What is your office set up like? We have open adjusting at our office! There is a half wall space separating our waiting room & adjusting area. This is the best way we’ve found to support and care for families! We make the office fun & homey with lots of fun toys for kids of all ages. If we ever need to have a private conversation, we can step into my private office!

What techniques do you use? We utilize a neuro-tonal analysis called MC2. We have many ways to adjust you based on your desires & comfort including manual, drop table, and Activator techniques!
